My approach

I offer a calm, collaborative and supportive approach to therapy where we work at your pace and focus on what feels most important for you.

I am an integrative counsellor, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on your needs rather than using a single fixed model.

In practice, this means we may focus on:

  • understanding anxiety, overthinking, and worry cycles

  • exploring ADHD-related overwhelm and emotional regulation

  • working with OCD intrusive thoughts and patterns

  • processing trauma and how it continues to affect the present

  • exploring relationships, boundaries, and family dynamics

Therapy is not about doing things “correctly” or in a set order. It is a space where we begin to understand what is happening for you and what may help things feel more manageable over time.

The pace is always guided by you.

About me

I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the BACP. I have experience working with adults and young people across private practice, charity settings, and mental health support environments.

Alongside my private practice, I have worked in roles supporting individuals experiencing emotional distress and crisis support needs. This has given me a broad understanding of how anxiety, trauma, and other difficulties can impact daily life.

I hold an enhanced DBS certificate and work in line with BACP ethical standards, ensuring safe, confidential and professional practice.

Outside of qualifications and experience, I value building a therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgement.
