My approach

Perhaps you are feeling anxious, experiencing feelings of depression, or are keen to find support following a major life event or are at a place where you feel stuck. I can offer you a safe place to explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours at a time in your life when you might be overwhelmed or not know where to go next.

With the right counsellor, you can feel listened to and understood and start to recognise what’s holding you back from living more positively and fully.

I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds. What brings you to counselling will be unique to you. I will explore this with you and we can determine together what support might look like for you, and work to uncover what's in your present and past that needs to be understood for a more positive future.

About me

I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I am registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). They are one of the main counselling accreditation bodies in the UK and I adhere to their Ethical Code.

I am an integrative psychotherapist. This means that I am trained in a number of counselling and psychotherapeutic practices which I am able to draw on in order to personalise my approach to you and your individual needs. Together we can work on finding a way forward.
