When I first started sessions with Michele, I was struggling with anxiety, insomnia and stress. I had no idea how to cope with any of this and felt incredibly overwhelmed. I can't begin to express how, over just a couple of months, Michele helped me. I felt heard, understood and supported. Although these difficulties never just disappear, I left our sessions feeling stronger to tackle daily life and with a little toolkit of strategies and practical ways to cope. Quite honestly, I felt a little embarrassed starting therapy, as I am sure many people beginning this journey feel too; but her warmth, empathetic and non-judgmental approach created a safe space for me to open up and just talk.
